The concept for Kingdom Consultants began in 1994 and has evolved over the years as its President, Rachael Watson began to dream a dream. 

Having always had a desire to help people with any new venture they were embarking upon, Rachael found that her purpose in life is to help other people walk in their purpose.

Rachael earned a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Hampton University, and has completed courses toward a Master's of Divinity Degree from Regent University.  She is an entrepeneur, having established two businesses, and founder of Rachael Watson  Ministries-a ministry designed to assist performing artists gain exposure for their projects. She serves as the Executive Director of Despico International Ministries-a ministry established to equip the Body of Christ for Kingdom service-,sits on the Board of Directors of Alabaster Ministries, and as a Pastor, along with her husband Apostle Michael, founded Word & Spirit Worship Center and 2nd Timothy 2:15 School of Ministry and serves as the Production Assistant and PowerHouse Player with PowerHouse Productions, a Christian Performing Arts Company.  

These involvements  paired with her Public Administration foundation have equipped her with over 15 years experience in areas such as Organizational Development, Business/Ministry Start-Up, Website Development, Book Publishing, Marketing, Event Planning, Research, and much more.

She is ready to put her expertise to work for you and motivate you to finally pursue your dreams!
